Miscellaneous fees
EWON does not set the fees charged by electricity, gas and water companies. EWON can only investigate whether your supplier has applied a fee correctly.
The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) decides how much electricity, gas and water companies can charge their customers. As well as tariffs and service availability charges, IPART regulates all fees charged by these suppliers.
