When to use this form
Use this form if you are making an enquiry or a complaint
on behalf of another person. You should
try to sort out the problem with their supplier
before contacting EWON. If the problem is not resolved,
contact EWON.
You will also need to complete an authority
to act form which must be signed by the person for whom
you are making the complaint. For privacy reasons, we will
not be able to progress the complaint until we receive the
authority form.
What happens to your enquiry
Once we receive your form, we will work out the best way
to progress the complaint. We may refer the matter to a
senior representative from the supplier and ask them to
contact you directly or we may begin our own investigation
straight away. We will always contact you first to discuss
the best way forward. At all times, EWON will respect your
privacy.
