What do I do if I think my bill is wrong?
If you think your bill is incorrect contact your provider or contact us for independent advice about billing issues and for help understanding your bills. We can investigate a range of billing issues including:
- high bills or disputed accounts
- estimated accounts
- backbilling or catch up billing
- billing delays
- errors with rebates or concessions
We can talk to you on the phone. You can also come and see us at one of our regular Bring Your Bills days. Our staff will review your bills, help resolve problems with your energy or water provider and check to see you’re receiving the assistance you’re entitled to.
