Generally we would expect you to have tried to sort out your complaint with your supplier first.

Many suppliers also have programs to assist customers in
financial difficulty manage their bills more effectively.

Residential parks and boarding houses
EWON can help electricity consumers who are not directly
billed by an electricity company. For example, we may be
able to help people who live in a residential park or boarding
house and are billed by the owner or manager. For information

Energy marketers
All energy marketing, including door to door and telemarketing,
is regulated by a Marketing
Code of Conduct. You can contact EWON if you have a
complaint about an energy marketer. See energy competition for more information.
