Our commitment to Reconciliation

Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) provides a framework for everyone at EWON to support the national reconciliation movement by engaging, strengthening and maintaining our relationships with First Nations communities. 

We show our support and focus by offering cultural awareness training for all staff, providing culturally appropriate EWON resources, observing significant Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander events including NAIDOC, National Sorry Day and National Reconciliation Week.

Employees also like to get involved in our many outreach events such as Yabun Festival, Good Service Mob, and other regional Aboriginal community groups across NSW. 

We are committed to building on our existing work towards reconciliation by promoting respect and creating equal opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
