Our teams
Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW employs a diverse range of occupations:
Ombudsman Office – consisting of our Ombudsman, Management Team and the Executive Assistant, the Ombudsman Office is responsible to the Board for the overall direction and management of the organisation.
Dispute Resolutions – provides high quality, independent advice, information and dispute resolution to NSW energy and water consumers.
Governance Awareness & Policy – informs the development of regulations, codes and policy and engages effectively with NSW consumers, promotes our services and the complaints process through our community outreach and engagement program.
Energy Transition – a two-year project establishing an expanded jurisdiction relating to renewable energy infrastructure complaints.
Finance & Corporate Services – including finance, projects, IT and People, Culture & Capability which supports the organisation in effectively delivering.
