Penrith - Anti-Poverty week forum

Poverty and severe hardship affect more than a million Australians.

Join the Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON) to help fight poverty. You can hear from a range of speakers, collect valuable information and speak directly with stallholders from the energy and water industry, government, and other services.

Where: Penrith RSL, 8 Tindale St, Penrith
When: Tuesday 17 October 2017
Time: 8.30am for a 9 am start to 3.15 pm. For entry before 9 am, use the door near Tindale and Castlereagh Streets – not the front access to the Club.

Who should attend: Frontline workers, community advocates, government and non-government workers, volunteers assisting low income and vulnerable consumers.
Stallholders include: AGL, Australian Energy Regulator – Energy Made Easy, Credit Investment Ombudsman, Energy Australia, Legal Aid, NSW Ombudsman, NSW Planning & Environment, Office of Environment & Heritage, Penrith City Council, NSW Fair Trading - Consumer Awareness Protection Initiative, Financial Ombudsman Service, Seniors Rights Service, Revenue NSW, Sydney Water and Origin Energy.
