Bankstown: Bill Assist Day

Come along to our Bill Assist Day to get assistance with your electricity, gas and water bills, with the support from the Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON). You can also get assistance with fines and financial counselling. Our Tenancy team will also be present if you have any issues related to tenancy.

EWON can investigate: High bills or disputed accounts, Estimated accounts, Backbilling or catch up billing, Billing delays, Errors with rebates and/or concessions

What to bring: Driver’s license or photo ID, Healthcare card and/or Concession Card, Centrelink income statement, Bank statements, Past and current water, gas and electricity bills, Documents of fines

Venue: Bankstown Arts Centre, 5 Olympic Parade, Bankstown NSW 2200
