Are you a Southern Cross Community Housing tenant? Do you need legal assistance or help with your energy bills?

The Energy & Water Ombudsman provides a free, fair and independent dispute resolution service for all electricity and gas customers in NSW, and some water customers. Join us for our two-day Virtual Tenant’s Support Event offering tenants of Southern Cross Community Housing the opportunity to resolve issues with their energy bills. A range of organisations will also be on hand to offer help with other financial and legal issues.

With a single phone call you can get assistance with energy accounts including billing disputes, high bills, rebates and a range of other issues including legal advice, outstanding fines and managing debt.
