To better support customers at risk, we've developed a position statement on our approach to dealing with family violence. The statement:
- addresses the safety and privacy of customers who may be at risk
- identifies common scenarios, key issues and consequences
- outlines our approach regarding liability and consent, joint accounts, affordability assistance and more.
