The Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON) provides free, fair and independent dispute resolution for landholders and community members who are directly impacted by renewable energy infrastructure projects, as well as NSW gas and electricity customers and some water customers.
Constituents often approach local councils or MPs with questions, concerns and complaints about new transmission infrastructure in their area. We invite you to refer these complaints to EWON. If they are within our jurisdiction, we may investigate the complaint, and if not, we will refer them to an organisation who may be able to assist.
