Visit Yamba Library to speak to a representative from The Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON).

We can help with questions and enquiries. Bring along your bill and we can also ensure you are receiving any rebates you're eligible for.

If you have more complex questions, we are happy to call senior staff at energy companies on your behalf to resolve any complaints and issues.
