EWON will join Sydney Water for this online Energy & Water Information Session for the local community, hosted by Campbelltown City Library.

Our Community Outreach team will provide an update and information on topical energy issues and what to do when things go wrong.

We'll also cover:

• Resolving energy and water issues with your provider
• How we can help
• Accessing government and retailer assistance – vouchers, rebates and other programs
• Energy, medical and life support rebates and the life support checklist
• How to find the best energy contracts,
• What you can do about estimated billing
• Energy costs and Time of Use rates – why is my bill so high?
• Tips and ideas to save energy in the home.
