Financial Counsellors conference 2022

We regularly refer customers to financial counsellors and their expertise complements ours. We value this collaboration and are proud to sponsor the upcoming Financial Counsellors’ Association of NSW Conference (FCAN) on 14-16 September. 

Our Ombudsman, Janine Young will discuss the emerging issues affecting customers experiencing vulnerability and how financial counsellors can assist us in identifying systemic issues next Thursday.
