Hear from the Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW and a range of speakers about the rights and complaints avenues available to family and friend carers living in NSW who are experiencing challenges with finances.

This webinar series is based on 8 fact sheets developed by the Carer Rights & Complaints Network (CRCN), a joint initiative of Carers NSW and the NSW Government.
