Our Outreach Team will be at the Service Hub organised by Wollondilly Community Links to answer all your questions about energy and water, provide information on energy saving tips and suggest concessions and rebates.
We can help:
- review and explain your bill
- check your rebate entitlements
- talk to your retailers about outstanding issues
- resolve complaints
- help set up payment plans and find cheaper deals
- save energy in your home and reduce your bills.
