The SOCAP Symposium is a three day conference, bringing together more than 200 national and international professionals in consumer affairs, complaints management, dispute resolution and customer care.

Janine Young, Ombudsman will join other distinguished leaders speaking at this event. EWON is excited to be included in the program and share insights.

The theme of the Symposium, Recharting 2022 - Navigating the New, is centred on complaints management and a consumer service renaissance.

The focus will be on the complaint professional and their role within an organisation. This now encompasses complaints and customer care management; consumer experience; brand reputation; customer insights; complaints prevention; and organisational change management as a result of complaints data, working towards best practice for fair and effective outcomes for consumers.

After more than two years of pandemic impacts and natural disasters, how and what have we learned to deliver better dispute resolution customer service to all consumers and particularly the growing number of consumers experiencing vulnerability.

The Symposium will recognise more than 30 years of complaints handling and consumer affairs professional service and the skilled people working in this industry.

When: 24 - 26 August 2022
