Tamworth Homeless Connect Day is an opportunity for homeless people, service providers and the community to work together to create solutions to homelessness. This event aims to provide access to free, appropriate services to homeless people and those at risk of becoming homeless, on one day in one location.
EWON will have a stand at this event, joining other service including housing, medical & dental issues, employment, legal issues, recreation opportunities, identification issues, electoral enrolment and various other support services.
There will be complimentary food and refreshments, birth certificates (limited numbers), haircuts, clothes, blankets and kids face painting/activities. Items have been generously donated by local businesses & community members.
When: Thursday 28 July 2022, 10am to 2pm
Where: Tamworth Regional Entertainment & Conference Centre (TRECC)
