EWON Christmas closure and office relocation

EWON will close for the Christmas break from 5pm on Wednesday, 24 December 2025 and reopen at 9am on Monday, 12 January 2026.

During this time, you can submit a complaint online and we’ll respond when the office reopens in the new year.

After the break, we'll be based in our new office at World Square, 680 George Street, Sydney. Face to face interviews will resume from 3 February 2026. To ensure staff availability, please call 1800 246 545 to make an appointment between 10am – 4pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
