Our response to a data breach

We recently experienced a data breach where two staff email inboxes were accessed by an external party. Names and email addresses of some EWON stakeholders may have been accessed by this breach, however no personal customer or complaint information was accessed.

We immediately took action to prevent further access of the data, increased our security and provided further training to staff. We also contacted all parties whose email contact information may have been accessed so that they could take appropriate action.
