Welcome to our new Board Industry Director

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Cole, Head of Customer at Essential Energy, to the Board as Industry Director (Energy Networks).

Mike brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience, including seven years in the Australian energy sector. He currently chairs the Industry Working group and serves on the Board Strategic Governance Sub-Committee of The Energy Charter.

He is passionate about integrating consumer energy resources and renewable infrastructure and has a strong understanding of the regional challenges presented by the energy transition.

“I’m committed to supporting EWON’s mission of providing high-quality, independent dispute resolution and to helping raise customer service standards in the energy and water industries,” he said.

Mike succeeds Rob Amphlett Lewis (Ausgrid) who has completed two terms on the EWON Board. We thank Rob for his significant contribution and dedicated service.
