In our October-December 2022 EWON Insights we focus on high bill complaints relating to sharp price increases due to market volatility, and some gas-specific issues.

Customers disputing high bills increased by 16% from last quarter and by 83.7% from two quarters ago. Complaints about impending disconnection have emerged in our top 10 core issues, showing that more people are struggling to pay their bills.

This report includes real case studies that describe how the stress of high bills can affect customers already experiencing affordability difficulties and/or vulnerable circumstances.
