EWON Insights Report: Jan to Mar 2020

In the latest issue of EWON Insights we give an overview of complaints received during the January to March 2020 quarter. We received 4,897 complaints, a 4.5% decrease from last quarter and a 25.8% decrease from the same period last year.

In this issue we also highlight the numerous complaints received where vulnerable customers were not referred to affordability or hardship programs, often resulting in actual or threatened disconnection.
