Inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan launched

We’re proud to launch our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Our Reflect RAP is the first in a series of four RAP’s (Reflect, Innovate, Stretch, Elevate) that will provide a framework for everyone at EWON to support the national reconciliation movement. Each RAP will outline our commitment to closing the gap between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians both internally and in the communities we work with.

Our Reflect RAP outlines how EWON will progress our existing support of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and will be implemented through changes to policies and embedded in our day-to-day operations.
