Inaugural Spotlight On released

Today we launched the first edition of our new systemic issues report, Spotlight On. Every quarter, Spotlight On will highlight an issue that has been revealed in our casework, including the policy challenges and propose industry discussion points.

In our first edition we outline the gaps in the National Energy Affordability Framework, particularly how the current structure of payment plans can set customers up to fail.
