Cases received: July - September 2021

In the July to September quarter we received 4,087 complaints from energy and water customers. We investigated 643 of these complaints and the remaining 3,444 were classified as enquiries, complaints and referrals.

Complaints by quarter

We saw an overall increase (7%) in complaints this quarter compared with the April to June 2021 quarter.

Key issues

Billing accounted for the bulk (54%) of all complaints, followed by customer service (23%) and credit (10.8%).
