If your clients live in an apartment complex or retirement village they may be part of an embedded network.

Residents of embedded networks may have less access to market competition and consumer protections. We partnered with the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) to launch a campaign for embedded network customers, to raise awareness of their right to contact EWON for free, fair and independent dispute resolution.

Help us spread the word by sharing our translated posters, fact sheets and social media tiles. They are available in English, Arabic, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Korean, Nepalese and Vietnamese.
