Simpler bills coming soon

The Australian Energy Regulator has published it’s updated Better Bills Guideline. We strongly support the updated guidelines which aim to simplify energy bills for customers.  

Based on our recommendation with the Energy and Water Ombudsman of Queensland and the Energy and Water Ombudsman South Australia, all bills will now include contact details for energy ombudsman schemes. All retailers must comply with the guidelines by September 2023.
