These energy products and services are sometimes called consumer energy resources or behind-the-meter technologies and services.

We can investigate complaints about these products and services if one of our member companies is involved.

We can help with many issues including:

• billing delays

• high bill disputes

• application of the feed-in tariff

• meter problems.

If your complaint involves a company that is not a member of EWON, we'll refer you to an agency that can help.
