We'll be hosting a Bring Your Bills Day in Armidale in November.
EWON Bring Your Bills Day is a free community information and support event that brings together EWON, energy retailers, government agencies and community organisations in one location. Attendees can access information, discuss energy and water issues, and connect with services that may be able to assist. The event is open to anyone seeking information or support with their energy or water account, including family members, carers and support workers.
Bring any bills you're concerned or confused about and our friendly team can talk you through them and suggest payment plans and solutions. Other organisations will be on hand to offer support and services.
We can help:
- review and explain your bill
- check your rebate entitlements
- talk to your retailers about outstanding issues
- resolve complaints
- help set up payment plans and find cheaper deals
- save energy in your home and reduce your bills.
