This September, our Outreach team will be attending the Bring Your Bills Day organised by Dr Marjorie O’Neill MP, Member for Coogee, a free community event bringing together energy retailers, telecommunication retailers, council and goverment bodies, and selected support services.
Bring any questions you may have and drop by the EWON stall to learn about your energy and water rights and available assistance programs. We'll be there to chat through any of your questions or concerns.
We can help:
- review and explain your bill
- check your rebate entitlements
- talk to your retailers about outstanding issues
- resolve complaints
- help set up payment plans and find cheaper deals
- save energy in your home and reduce your bills.
