This October, our Outreach team we'll be at the Bring Your Bills Day event organised by Dai Le. Our friendly team will be there together with many support services to chat through any of your questions or concerns and help community members in person. Remember to bring your bills if you wish to make a complaint or seek energy and water advice from our team.
We can help:
- review and explain your bill
- check your rebate entitlements
- talk to your retailers about outstanding issues
- resolve complaints
- help set up payment plans and find cheaper deals
- save energy in your home and reduce your bills.
