Enjoy a diverse program of free and low-cost events and activities that promote healthy ageing, foster social connection and celebrate the important role seniors play in Penrith.
Our Outreach team will be there to help you:
- understand billing, including any charges
- check your eligibility for energy and water rebates
- resolve your energy and water complaints
- negotiate with your retailer to resolve contract problems, set up payment plans and organise rebates
- give tips on how to reduce your energy and water use.
What to bring:
- Concession cards
- Copies of latest or past energy and water bills (if available)
- Letters from retailers (if any)
