This July, our Outreach team will be attending the UNSW Community Health Expo, a free community event bringing together health, wellbeing and support organisations to connect people with local services, health information and practical resources. People will be able to meet service providers, learn about available supports, and access advice in a welcoming community-focused environment. Bring any questions you may have and drop by the EWON stall to learn about your energy and water rights and available assistance programs. We'll be there to chat through any of your questions or concerns.
We can help:
- review and explain your bill
- check your rebate entitlements
- talk to your retailers about outstanding issues
- resolve complaints
- help set up payment plans and find cheaper deals
- save energy in your home and reduce your bills.
