Australian Death Notification Service

We often receive complaints from families about how difficult it is to finalise energy and water accounts after a relative or family member has died.

A number of our members have now signed up to the Australian Death Notification Service (ADNS). The ADNS was created in collaboration with major banks and telcos, so that families can easily notify multiple organisations, online, to close or transfer accounts.
