Congratulations go to our Policy and Research Team, awarded the 2022 Constellation Achievement Award at the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP Australia) Symposium, held in August. This award was for our Spotlight On reports that focus on sector wide systemic issues.
The current NSW Parliamentary Inquiry into Embedded Networks is clearly linked to our two Spotlight On reports which focused on embedded network issues overall and those related to centralised hot water.
