Our Outreach team will be at the Cost of Living Help Hub at Auburn, aimed at supporting community to better manage cost-of-living pressures and access guidance on a range of related issues. Come along to chat through any of your concerns and connect with local and government services.
We can help:
- review and explain your bill
- check your rebate entitlements
- talk to your retailers about outstanding issues
- resolve complaints
- help set up payment plans and find cheaper deals
- save energy in your home and reduce your bills.
